The EbAEDP is one of the main community investments under the GCF VCP that provides direct assistance to Households (HHs), Community-based Organizations (CBOs), Non-governmental Organizations (NGOs) and businesses/Existing Enterprises (EEs) in the VRCA. While the program and its beneficiaries have experienced several challenges since it began in 2018, there have also been many pertinent and positive outcomes of the grant assistance to the VRCA communities.
